What's Included
A comprehensive clean of every room — kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, laundry, hallways, and storage. Every surface from ceilings and light fittings to baseboards and floors. Inside windows, sills, tracks, and frames. Inside and outside of cupboards and drawers. Sanitisation of all high-touch points.

Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings. The outstanding balance is required on the booked date when we arrive. Work will not commence until payment is received.
All prices are set prices. Please allow up to 3 days for your end of tenancy / lease / pre-sale / pre-occupancy / move-in / move-out clean to be completed.
End of Tenancy/Lease Cleans — The property will need to be fully cleared and empty of furniture, belongings and rubbish. Work will not commence until the property is fully emptied.
Pre-Sale Cleans — We understand some properties are sold with furnishings and appliances. We are happy to clean and stage these items for you as part of the service.
In some cases mold can grow and engrain itself into the silicone sealing around showers, bathtubs, benching and sinks. The only way to clean this is to remove and replace the silicone. Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
Due to fluctuating costs, all prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Our normal service area is within 30km from Horeke, Northland. If we need to travel further than 30km to get to your location, we may have to charge extra for travel.
An Urgent Clean Fee may apply for bookings made with less than 48 hours' notice. This fee covers the additional costs of rescheduling, prioritising, or allocating extra resources to complete your clean within a restricted timeframe.
A Weekend Fee is applicable for cleans requested on a Saturday and/or Sunday.
Bond Refunds — A full bond refund from your landlord is not guaranteed; however, we will do our best.
Insurance — Rest assured if there are any accidents — we have you protected!
Extra — Rubbish Removal
Work will not be able to commence unless all rubbish needing to be disposed of is in a pile, all in one place. If this is not possible we may need to charge extra.
Extra — Light Garden Maintenance, Mow & Weedeating
Work will not be able to commence until all belongings, rubbish and animal faeces are removed from the whole lawn and garden. If this is not possible we may need to charge extra.
Products
Cleaning 4 Hauora use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for the property, people, appliances, septic systems and storm water systems and the land. If a heavy duty chemical is required to remove hard dirt and grime, we will seek permission before using such chemicals in your home.
Don't Dos
Cleaning 4 Hauora don't do the following:
- Cleaning of fabric and netting curtains
- Any blinds
- Any heavy lifting or moving furniture unless part of rubbish removal scope
Photos & Videos
Cleaning 4 Hauora requests agreement from clients to take before and after photos or video of every clean for quoting cleans, insurance purposes, proof of works, dispute resolution, marketing and training. Rest assured if used for marketing, we will show you the photos and seek your permission beforehand.
No Refunds on Any Cleans
