Our Marae Packages
We understand that marae are more than buildings — they are the heart of the community. Our packages are designed to honour that. Each tier builds on the one before, so you can choose the level of care your whare needs. All prices are before GST.
These packages were created with whānau in mind — those who book the marae for a special occasion, pour everything into an event, whānau kaupapa or tangihanga, but simply can't stick around or are too exhausted to complete the clean-up afterwards. We get it. Cleaning 4 Hauora can step in so you don't have to. With options to suit any budget, our goal is to ease that burden and give you back your time. Don't be that whānau that leaves the marae in a mess.. lol
Pūkete Hauora
+$70 per additional building
The essentials. Wipe down all surfaces, exterior of cooking appliances, exterior of fridges, sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors across whare tupuna, wharekai, wharepaku, kōhanga, and any other buildings in use.
Pūkete Oranga
+$120 per additional building
Everything in Pūkete Hauora, plus inside all cooking appliances including ovens, inside all fridges, inside windows and sills, and clean and sanitise inside chillers.
Pūkete Whakawātea
+$200 per additional building
The full restoration. Everything in Hauora and Oranga, plus kitchen extractor fans and filters, interior cobweb dusting, spot-clean interior walls and baseboards, sanitisation of all high-touch areas, outside windows, and all doors.
Pūkete Motuhake
A customised clean for marae or whānau who need a cleaner to focus on certain or specific areas. We discuss your requirements and quote accordingly.
Available Add-Ons
Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings. The outstanding balance is required on the booked date when we arrive. Work will not commence until payment is received.
All prices are based on set package rates; however, several factors — such as the current condition of the marae — may influence the final cost. Any price adjustments will be clearly reflected in your personalised quote.
Our normal service area is within 30km from Horeke, Northland. If we need to travel further than 30km to get to your location, we may have to charge extra for travel, per one way trip.
All prices are before GST.
Insurance — Your marae and everything in it is precious. We have you protected!
We don't do the following:
- Pack away tables and chairs
- Wash, dry and put away dishes
- Put away / stack away mattresses
- Laundry
- Take away pig scraps / food scraps
- Re-organise pantry, crockery and cutlery cupboards (unless part of a Pūkete Motuhake)
- Any heavy lifting
Photos & Videos — Cleaning 4 Hauora requests agreement from clients to take before and after photos or video of every clean for quoting, insurance purposes, proof of works, dispute resolution, marketing and training. If used for marketing, we will show you the photos and seek your permission beforehand.
No refunds on any cleans. If you are dissatisfied with our work please let us know within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
