Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly maintenance cleaning. Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms — dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying inside bins. Allow up to 3 hours.

Everything in a Standard Clean, plus:

Builder/Handover Clean
New build or renovation just finished? Our builder and handover cleans are fully customised to your property. We'll remove construction dust, wipe down every surface — from skirting boards to light fittings — and make your new space spotless and move-in ready.
Every builder/handover clean is quoted individually based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of your property. We'll do a walkthrough and put together a tailored plan and price — no two jobs are the same.

A 50% deposit is required on all bookings. The outstanding balance is required on the booked date when we arrive. Work will not commence until payment is received.
A booking may need to be rescheduled due to personal or professional reasons out of yours or our control. We fully understand if you need to reschedule and we appreciate your understanding if this occurs on our behalf. We are more than happy to reschedule our bookings with you, however we will not be in the position to offer a refund of your deposit.
All prices are set prices. Please allow up to 3 hours for Standard Cleans and up to 5 hours for Deep Cleans. If your home requires more time, you may need to book and pay for another clean as we can only do what we can in the allocated time.
Please be aware working around family + pets may have an impact on cleaning time.
In some cases mold can grow and engrain itself into the silicone sealing around showers, bathtubs, benching and sinks. The only way to clean this is to remove and replace the silicone. Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
Due to fluctuating costs, all prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Our normal service area is within 30km from Horeke, Northland. If we need to travel further than 30km to get to your location, we may have to charge extra for travel.
An Urgent Clean Fee may apply for bookings made with less than 48 hours' notice. This fee covers the additional costs of rescheduling, prioritising, or allocating extra resources to complete your clean within a restricted timeframe.
A Weekend Fee will apply if cleans are requested on a Saturday or Sunday.
Insurance — Your home is your castle and everything in it is precious. We have you protected!
Extra — Rubbish Removal
Work will not be able to commence unless all rubbish needing to be disposed of is in a pile, all in one place. If this is not possible we may need to charge extra.
Extra — Light Garden Maintenance, Mow & Weedeating
Work will not be able to commence until all belongings, rubbish and animal faeces are removed from the whole lawn and garden. If this is not possible we may need to charge extra.
Products
Cleaning 4 Hauora use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family, pets, home, appliances, septic systems and storm water systems. There may be times we might need to use a chemical in hard grime and grease areas however, we will ask for your permission before using such chemicals in your home.
Don't Dos
Cleaning 4 Hauora do have some don't do's however, these things can be negotiated into your clean if required:
- Dishes
- Laundry
- Change linen on beds
- Any heavy lifting or moving of furniture
Photos & Videos
Cleaning 4 Hauora requests agreement from clients to take before and after photos or video of every clean for quoting cleans, insurance purposes, proof of works, dispute resolution, marketing and training. Rest assured if used for marketing, we will show you the photos and seek your permission beforehand.
No Refunds on Any Cleans
If you are dissatisfied with our work please make contact within 24 hours so we can reach a resolution together.
